Happy 2015 Room 1.  I hope that you have had a magical Christmas and a great start to the new year.   Don't forget to keep up your learning over the holidays - some ideas could be...

• continue to visit our Blog and use the links to learning sites down the side to help maintain your learning
• visit the Hastings Library and find books that interest you - stories you can read by yourself and stories that can be read to you
• keep a diary about your holidays
• write an email to a friend or relative, or even a letter using the post!
• revisit your Magic Tree Booklet - revise words you have already learnt to read or spell and aim for the next pages of new learning

Sorting out the Furniture

Hi Room 1... I hope that you are having an awesome holiday!
Today I went into school and started moving around all of our lovely furniture, getting ready for Term 4.  I had lots of fun with our new tables, as you can put them all together or pull them apart.  We also have a brand new teacher table, which is a whiteboard as well.  Aren't we super lucky!
