TUAKANA TEINA WITH TEAM'S TAHI, WARU AND TEKAU

Tuakana Teina : the relationship between an older (tuakana) person and a younger (teina) person and specific to teaching and learning in the Māori context

We love learning from each other!  Thanks Team Waru and Tekau for being our big helpers.  We loved making our porotiti (a type of maori instrument)
We couldn't of made it without you!  Just check out our smiles!

TEAM TAHI'S GREAT ADVENTURE

Team 1 had an amazing adventure into the Redwoods.  117 tamariki and nearly 40 adults shared the experience.  We had to tramp up hills, and down dales to get to the giant Redwoods.
Thanks to all our whanau who helped make our adventure possible!  You rock!
